Harvard GMP22

GMP22, an HBS class, had not been together for more than four years. After those years apart, they challenged us to design a digital event that allowed GMP students to gather around, so they could experience again what they would have lived at the Harvard Campus, that being an emotional connection that bonded them forever.

THE CHALLENGE

GMP22, a Harvard Business School class, had not been together for more than four years. After those years apart, they challenged us to design a digital event that allowed GMP students to gather around, so they could experience again what they would have lived at the Harvard Campus, that being an emotional connection that bonded them forever.

THE SOLUTION

The Journey event presents a concept that reflects about the idea of a shared path and journeys that intersect. Our challenge was to help boost and gather participants in the most human way, through a screen. Despite having lived together, studied together and shared personal moments, many of these alumni have different backgrounds today, they are separated by extremely different time-zones, and live life projects that are incredibly diverse.

Therefore, we wanted to find common ground: the will to continue crossing one another’s paths throughout their lives. The creative concept illustrated the withdrawal and proximity, “plays” with the life paths that make us keep going without forgetting those who once were a part of our lives.

THE RESULT

Through this digital event, we were able to surprise, boost and thrill GMP22 class, through a four-hand designed content:

/ An online “card” game, which allowed all participants to speak and interact with each other.
/ Surprises and exclusive content with HBS professors;
/ Flash News related to the world and all participants;
/ A workshop of a cocktail, designed exclusively for the GMP22 class.
