With more than 500 years of heritage, CTT Group is a well-known brand in Portugal offering postal and bank services. CTT focuses on delivering the future by connecting people and business in a sustainable way with full commitment.
THE CHALLENGE
An event that could deliver efficiency, transparency and scalability in a hybrid format.
VOQIN’ was challenged to help CTT Group communicate its achievements and goals for the next years.
The event should start with a welcome dinner, followed by a conference the next day. However, the audience would be divided into four different types of participants, both in person and online. In addition, there were also other goals:
/ Micro-site creation and design, key visuals, decorative pieces.
/ Flow and guest management.
/ Digital seating plan coordination.
/ Hostesses on the day of the event.
/ Real-time event attendance – online and on-site.
THE SOLUTION
To meet the challenge, we crafted an immersive hybrid event that could deliver efficiency, transparency and scalability for both formats (on-site and online) – while keeping the audience engaged and emotionally connected to its content – using our Emotional Thinking Methodology.
Acting as technology enablers, we were able to deploy a comprehensive scope that included:

THE RESULT
The best part? Countless emotions!
At the Royal Treasury Museum – located in the Ajuda Palace –, the event kicked off with a special dinner to create a sense of trust and shared belonging and get people in the right mood to engage with the content to be delivered the next day.
The conference on day 2 was attended by approximately 120 physical participants and 300 online. The live event featured 2 simultaneous streaming sessions, over 187 real-time participants and 5 speakers.
