Meet Husam Alsaleh
Husam Alsaleh is a strategist who designs and leads multi-vertical transformations across multiple sectors. Through is work as an YPO’er since 2009 he has developed a strong cross-cultural fluency – a critical capability in today’s interconnected markets.
Here’s Husam in is own words:
“I began my journey wanting to study medicine, but life had a different plan.
My father encouraged another path, and I eventually graduated with an engineering degree – a background that shaped how I think, solve problems, and simplify complexity.
I entered our family business soon after and was tasked with scaling Hala Supply Chain Services, which became my first major transformation project. From there, my career expanded into building a tire distribution company, taking on marketing responsibilities for AVIS, and delivering multiple special projects across the group. Each role deepened my understanding of the automotive, logistics, and mobility ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
Joining YPO in 2009 opened a new chapter. It pushed me onto a global stage – both in learning and in leadership. Through YPO, I developed a passion for designing impactful experiences and events, and it played a major role in my growth as a business leader.
