Sales Company - Multi-Destination Incentive Trip

Moments in Motion. From Mediterranean energy to desert wonder.

Across nine days and two destinations, a group of top-performing employees and their partners experienced Barcelona’s Mediterranean rhythm and the sensory intensity of Marrakesh.

Under the concept “Moments in Motion”, VOQIN’ created a journey that moved continuously between cultures, landscapes and emotions, transforming recognition into discovery, connection and shared memories.

THE CLIENT

A sales company built on the power of face-to-face connection.

Operating across North America, our client helps brands connect with consumers through outsourced, in-person sales campaigns, building lasting relationships.

In an industry shaped by ambition and measurable results, recognizing top performers is essential to sustaining motivation, reinforcing belonging and inspiring future growth.

THE CHALLENGE

How do you keep an incentive journey in motion without losing its emotional direction?

The client wanted to recognize its top-performing employees with an international incentive trip they could share with their partners.

The challenge was to connect Barcelona and Marrakesh: two cities with distinct cultures, rhythms and emotional energies, through a single coherent experience.

Over nine days, the program needed to balance adventure and relaxation, collective moments and personal time, cultural discovery and celebration. VOQIN’ also had to coordinate multiple venues, activities, suppliers and local teams across two countries while ensuring that the journey felt effortless for participants.

It could not feel like a sequence of scheduled activities. Every moment needed to move naturally into the next.

THE SOLUTION

Moments in Motion: two destinations connected through one emotional journey.

Guided by our Emotional Thinking Methodology, we created a program that moved participants between cultures, landscapes and emotions.

The journey began with anticipation, sparked by the arrival in Barcelona and the promise of discovering two contrasting destinations.

Then, connection unfolded through experiences that encouraged participants to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle together:

/  A sailing tour along Barcelona’s coastline
/  Relaxed moments at Puro Beach Barcelona
/  A tapas tour through the city
/  Dinner at a rooftop restaurant overlooking Barcelona

Curiosity deepened through encounters with Catalonia’s culture, including the historic Codorníu cellars and the Sagrada Família.

Together, these moments revealed the Mediterranean as the connecting thread between both destinations. Not a border, but a meeting point. Barcelona and Marrakesh became part of the same tapestry, woven from the emotions and places shaped across both sides of the sea. Moving from one city to the other did not interrupt the story; it revealed a new layer of it.

In Morocco, excitement took over with a buggy ride and chic barbecue picnic in the Agafay Desert. Back in the city, wonder emerged through a guided discovery of Marrakesh. Its architecture, gardens, souks, colors and aromas revealed the destination’s many cultural layers.

The final day moved from restoration to belonging. A traditional hammam and spa experience created time to pause before guests came together for a 1001 Nights–themed farewell dinner in the desert. Surrounded by the Agafay landscape, local entertainment and a sunset atmosphere transformed the evening into a final celebration of achievement and shared memories.

Across nine days and two contrasting countries, every detail was carefully orchestrated to keep the journey moving while making the experience feel effortless, personal and emotionally connected.

THE RESULT

The journey moved forward. The memories stayed.

“Moments in Motion” transformed two contrasting destinations into one connected emotional story.

Barcelona created a sense of openness and connection through the sea, gastronomy and architecture. Marrakesh shifted the experience towards curiosity, adventure and sensory immersion. The farewell dinner in the Agafay Desert brought these emotional layers together in the final moment of collective celebration.

More than rewarding past performance, the program allowed top-performing employees to celebrate achievement together, deepen relationships and return home with renewed pride and motivation.

Because the best incentive journeys do more than take people somewhere. They move them.
