The ongoing transformation of Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030 is unlocking new opportunities at an unprecedented pace. (MISA) is facilitating access to these opportunities by developing a reliable, robust, business-friendly ecosystem, working across government to ensure investors and businesses are supported through their investment journey.

And we had less than two weeks to do it.

We knew this had to be more than just an opening moment. We needed to set the tone and drive home the message that this was not just about celebrating history. It was about setting hearts and minds on the horizon of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 Vision.

Entrance – Intrigue & Curiosity

Guests entered the VIP round room, greeted by two gigantic LED screens. On one side, the founding moment with King Abdulaziz and President Roosevelt, and on the other side the present day with President Trump greeting King Salman.

Behind them,waving curtains in Saudi Arabian green set the stage for what was to come: an immersive journey through shared history, enduring partnership, and a bold vision for the future.

Relationship Gallery – From Stillness to Story

At first glance, the hallway appeared traditional. Then, the unexpected happened. LED walls, disguised to match the venue’s architecture, slowly transformed, simulating walls that breathed, spoke, and remembered.

The golden frames lining the room turned into portals through time. In the largest, King Abdulaziz appeared, locking eyes with guests as the deep voice of a narrator began guiding them through the milestones of Saudi–U.S. cooperation. All around, historical memorabilia came to life, engaging in a rich dialogue that unfolded between nations and across decades.

On display, an interactive book installation brought history to life. Its pages pulsing with movement, recounting a century of shared achievements, friendship, and mutual prosperity.
