Cristina del Álamo – Event Delivery Team, Málaga

I’m a Basque northern lady currently living in the south, with a strong creative side and a passion for connecting with people. I thrive in social environments and love getting to know others, whether it’s through work or casual interactions. 
Building meaningful relationships is important to me, and I enjoy creating positive energy around me. I’m naturally curious and love learning from those around me, which makes me quite adaptable in different social settings.

If I had to choose one emotion to represent me, it would be humorous, because I truly believe that humor is essential in life. I can’t imagine going through life without it. Just a heads-up though, once I feel comfortable, my sense of humor becomes quick, witty, and often a bit sarcastic—but always with good intentions and to lighten the mood.

Ignácio López – Creative Solutions Team, Málaga

It’s so great to be part of the team! My name is Ignácio, I was born and am based in Málaga. I consider myself a very easygoing, hard-working, and happy person. I really enjoy working with different people and nationalities, and I love changes and challenging environments.
As a more personal overview of myself: I love music. I studied percussion for 5 years and used to spend a lot of time composing new music. Also, I love going for a ride on the weekends – It is my personal meditation.
Regarding my emotion, I have made this decision very clear: Gratitude! Without it, you cannot feel complete, happy, or satisfied with anything. We always have to think about how lucky we are with our current situation. That makes you feel happy to work on what you want and, at the same time, feel complete.

Holly Nicholds – Creative Solutions Team, Portugal

Originally from London, I have lived and worked between Portugal, Spain and the UK for the past six years, now recently settled in beautiful Lisbon!

With a background in set design for film, I love visual storytelling and immersing myself in narratives. I’ve worked across various event industries, from festivals and brand activations to corporates, combining my creative flair with my passion for organization and making things happen.
When I’m not dreaming up my next event, you might find me hiking in nature, experimenting with my latest craft obsession or drooling over recipe books.
My secret power is that I am a semi-pro baker, and will find any excuse to bake a cake – so birthday-ers beware!
I think emotions to describe me would be curious or inquisitive.

Carmen Caldeira – Sales Team, Portugal

In my spare time, I love crocheting—it’s a craft that definitely helps me practice patience. I also enjoy practicing yoga, which probably explains my calm demeanor. Like many of you, I’m a travel buff, and when it comes to dream destinations, Bali, Indonesia, is at the top of my list. I had the chance to experience its tranquility and natural beauty, and I definitely hope to return one day!

Ana Fialho – Finance Team, Portugal

I’m thrilled to be joining the Finance team! While I’m a certified accountant, I promise there’s more to me than just numbers. The fast-paced world of events is new to me, but I’m both cautious and discreet—and I can’t wait to show you my B-side!
